THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE ANGEL

1. “For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Saviour,

Who is Christ the Lord” Luke 2:11

2. Jesus would be born in the city of David

a) In Bethlehem

b) This was a prophecy (Micah 5:2)

c) This was fulfilled

3. He would become our Saviour

a) He would save people from their sins

b) He would forgive all sins

c) He would save to the uttermost

4. He is able to offer this salvation
